Our base consultation rate is HUF 30,000 per hour; other fees vary depending on the type of case and the documents to be drafted.

Depending on the type of case, we agree on either an hourly or a fixed fee. We record the fee in writing in the quote and do not change it unilaterally afterwards.

Procedural duties, land registry and notary fees are separate items. We show these to you in advance in the quote.

As a general rule, 0.5% of the purchase price, but at least HUF 110,000. For high-value properties we work with individual pricing.

This differs by case type. For example, we offer an appointment for a consultation within a week, and we likewise complete a sale and purchase within a week.

For the first conversation, your ID and whatever you already have relating to the case – a contract, correspondence, a decision – is enough. We'll give you a list for the rest.

Yes. If a client happens to be abroad, or if in-person presence cannot be arranged, then online consultations and online case handling are both available.

As a general rule, our office is open weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM, but we are flexible and try to accommodate our clients' requests and needs. We are generally available by phone, please feel free to contact us!

Depending on the agreement, we take on representation throughout the entire country.
